Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Oh, Valentines Day. You either love it, or you hate it. I have always been a fan, even when I was a single twenty-something year old. For a few years before my husband came along, my Valentine was my little nephew, and our date night consisted of going to the movies and McDonalds Happy Meals. I treasure those memories, and I look forward to making more once we are blessed with our own children. For some reason I relate Valentines Day more towards kids than adults, even if it is suppose to be the most romantic day of the year. Maybe because I always enjoyed making Valentine boxes for school, and all the heart shaped crafts and treats. It’s just a lovely day all around, in my opinion.
With the holiday of love coming up in less than a month, I wanted to share one of my favorite cookie recipes, that also happens to be the most easy and quick recipe, ever. So if you find yourself looking for a super fast Valentines Day treat to send to school with your little one, or a last minute sweet for your special Valentine, look no further! And no need to run to the store, chances are you already have the three, yes three, ingredients needed to make these delicious three ingredient peanut butter cookies.
