Guys. It’s my very first blog post!!!

I cannot explain to you how excited I am about starting Little Glass Jar.  I have a huge smile on my face right now as I write this. I really do!  I wanted to start this blog for the purpose of it being my creative outlet.  A place I can come and share all of my design ideas, house updates, DIY Projects, repurposed furniture, flea market deals, Goodwill makeovers, organization tips, new recipes, and any other inspiration I find.  I am certainly not a professional. I am learning as I go!  However, one thing I do know is that I have an absolute passion for interior design.  It really does consume my brain. I am always looking for ways to update my home and make it a space I love to spend my time.  I’ve enjoyed and learned so much from following some incredibly talented bloggers, and I hope to become a part of it all! Please feel free to leave comments, ideas, suggestions…whatever you want! I cannot wait to hear from you all!

Now let’s get down to business!

I thought it would only be appropriate to begin with a Home Tour.  I mean, who doesn’t love to look inside other peoples houses? Sometimes the curiosity drives my crazy! I’m going to start my Home Tour by just giving you the standard “Before” photos of our house.  These were taken right after we bought the house in December of 2012. They are not the best quality so I apologize ahead of time! They will just give you the general idea and layout of our house.
